We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.

Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used, washed, altered, damaged by the customer, or requested after the 7-day return period.

Exchanges are available only if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, subject to product availability.

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
